EGI Overseas has now evolved another level with the launch of EGIoverseas.TV
Showing apartments and developments in Bansko, Bulgaria.
This is the brainchild of Stanford Ellis who has recently been appointed by EGI Overseas.
"The television channel is aimed at people that are interested in buying abroad but are not sure or want to see what to expect before they get there. Obviously nothing beats seeing something with your own eyes. If something is currently being built they can keep up to date with the regular shows. We will not be limiting it just to property as we intend to create a full scale of programming throughout the winter season. The aim is to allow other agencies, enthusiasts, locals and anyone else that wishes to add content to come forward. With the developers we will be looking for more partners that wish to build up a network of agents. With the agents we will put them in touch with new product using the latest technology."
Other regions that EGI Overseas TV will be showing in the future will be Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria and Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic. The site also boasts a blog to keep people up to date with news and a forum so that members can talk about the topics that they are seeing.
Currently advertised there are resale properties in the Crystal development, Narcis and Neon complex Bansko as well as a new development Olympia in the capital Sofia.
